The boys woke up around 8am. They came into our bed for a while. Then we got up for breakfast. After getting ready for the day we headed into town for drinks and donuts. We also went to Salvation Army. Then we went over to Jeanne and Leonard's house for a visit. We went into the barn and saw their donkeys and goat. Jacob loved the baby donkey and baby goat. He acted shy and wanted Mommy or Daddy to hold him. We went inside and Jeanne made us some hot chocolate. Leonard gave the boys some cars to play with. Jeanne gave them snacks and they loved sharing them with Jeanne and Leonard. Kevin left for work. Bubba came out to play with the boys. We had a great time visiting. Around 2pm we headed over to Mom and Dad's house. Jared took the truck home and I stayed at Mom's with the boys (Mom and Dad were at a funeral). The boys had fun playing in the basement. Jared was going to come back after using the truck to haul the gravity wagon to our neighbors house to be filled with corn. He called to say the neighbor wasn't going to be able to fill it until this evening. So the boys and I headed home. Jacob fell asleep on the drive. At home I lay Adam down for a late nap. Jacob had fun playing with the cars Leonard had given him. Jared and I went thru all the paperwork in our files and the desk. We had lots of papers to burn. Jacob had fun pushing them all over the living room. He liked hauling them around it the tractor cart and pushing them with his snow plow (stool). Jared left to pick up the gravity wagon from the neighbors. Jacob helped me clean up all the papers. Jared used the papers to start the pile of brush on fire. Jacob and I went outside to fill up a bucket with corn from the gravity wagon. I lifted him up to see how full the wagon was. I woke up Adam around 6pm. After dinner we had fun playing store. I was the cashier. The boys had fun shopping and paying for their items. Then Jacob played the cashier. We watched the Colts game. The boys each had fun playing in bubble baths before bed. As I prayed with Adam tonight he said, "Daddy, Mommy, Mack (Max), Boose (Bruce)".

Great picture of you and the boys.
That's the best picture EVER of you and the boys! That's a keeper. I thought the boys were playing snow in the house when I was the paper! Another Saturday memory. Poor Colts. I went to bed at the 2 minute mark. Couldn't stand to watch it. Over time...What a bummer.
Yes, it is a great picture of Mama and her boys -- but all these pictures seem to be filled with smiles! This is a good way to start the day.
