I got up this morning to have breakfast with Kenzie before she left with Jared for school. Jared dropped her off at my parents and Dad took her to school. Jacob woke up around 9:15 and Adam was up by 9:30. The boys crawled around on the air mattress this morning before we let the air out of it. Jacob likes to lay on it and help roll on it to get the air out. Adam sit by the air hole and smiles as it blows on him. Jacob played with his cars and blocks this morning. Then he drove around on his tractor pretending to dump poop on the field. Adam was fussy today, especially in the evening. If I'd get to far from him he would cry and hurry over to me holding his arms up. Most of the time he just needed a hug and would go back to playing. Throughout the day he said, "Mommy" alot in a whiney tone. He chewed on his fingers alot - I think he is teething. We played with the lego. I'd stack them up and Adam would quickly knock it over. Jacob built a train. Around 1:00 Jacob complained that his belly hurt and said he wanted to lay down. He went to his bedroom and lay down in his bed. I gave him his cars to play with and he played for about 45 minutes before falling asleep. He slept until after 4pm. Adam also took a nap during that time and was awake by shortly after 3pm. He loves looking out the window especially when I point things out to him. It was fun to sit down and play together. After Daddy came home we all went outside to take care of the animals. Adam walked around in the barn and then walked outside by the goats. He loves looking at the animals. Jared dumped water into the goats bucket and Jacob said, "now its full". He looked at the horses and said, "I love Tammy (Sammy)". We found 16 large eggs under some wood in the barn. Jared set them on the deck where we stack our hay. Jacob pointed at them and said, "no me wanna tit on dem". He wanted us all to come up on the hay deck with him. Adam liked walking around up there. Jacob went to find some things to "fish" with. I sat next to him and "fished" with a lead rope. After dinner Jacob played with his pet doctor kit. He had a couple little stuffed animals he was doctoring. He took the flashlight and looked in their eyes and ears. Then he took a sliver out of their paws and said, "I gotta put medcine on it, now rub it in". He gave them a shot right on their neck like he had seen Dr Gary do to our dogs yesterday. He wrapped them in a little blanket (burp cloth) and had them rest as he patted them on the head. Adam has gotten good at putting the coins in his pig bank and really enjoys doing that. Shortly after 7pm I left to go to town and pick up birthday party things for Adam's party this Sat. I also stopped at Salvation army to look for some church clothes. I found 3 pair of pants and 1 shirt, all for only $4 - I was happy about that. When I got home both boys were happy to see me. They sat with me on the couch. Jacob got me a pillow to put behind my head and then one for behind his head.

Love the pictures. I just emailed you the pictures that we took yesterday. We sure had fun with Adam. He is such a cutie. I just can't believe he's already going to be a year old.

I'm wondering when this soon to be one yr. old little guy is getting more hair? What a guy. The third picture after the movie is priceless. So sorry to miss the party but I know it will be fun. We'll repeat it when you are in Indy. Yesterday I bought the pass for the zoo that includes Grandparents and grandchildren. I'm ready to go with some little folks.

I just learned that the pass to the zoo also includes two adults. Woo, woo. We are home free. LRuss
