Big hugs for Truman
Truman's out of there.
Here's how the front of our house looks now.
That turtle moved fast.
Letting the turtle go.
Jacob puts this orange block on the back of his flatbed truck to make an "N.O.P. (UPS) truck" or a "semi truck". As he has it turn he moves the block so it looks more like a semi truck turning with the trailer following.
Last night Jacob was whining/crying from his bedroom off and on for about 3 hrs. I checked on his several times. I took him potty and he was quiet for a short time after that. Then I went in and held and rocked him for a little bit. He said, “I love you Mommy, no me peel very good”. I held him until he asked to lay back in his bed. He was still fussing at 2:30am so we brought him in our bed. He fell asleep right away and slept until 8am. Adam woke up at 9am. Before Adam was awake Jacob was asking if he could play peek-a-boo with him. When I get Adam out of his crib I usually just grab his yellow blanket. He always sleeps with two blankets, a yellow and a white one. This morning before he would let me pick him up he bent over to pick up and then handed me his white blanket. For breakfast Adam would only let me feed him two bites of his cheerios before he was begging for the spoon and bowl and refused to take another bite until he got them. When the boys brush their teeth Jacob likes to put the toothpaste on their brushes. Adam was walking by Kate and patting her back while saying, "I (hi), I (hi), I (hi)". After lunch we went outside until naptime. We played in the sand and Adam played on the deck. He loves to go up and down the steps. Jacob was very tired from his lack of sleep last night. Both boys took about a 3hr nap and woke up just as Daddy was getting home from work. While they were asleep I worked on laundry and then went outside to start pulling out the ivy by the front of our house. It was a big job and I only put a small “dent” in it by the time Jared got home. We took the boys outside to play while Jared and I finished pulling out the ivy. The boys played with their ride in truck. Jacob also played in the sand and in his fort. Adam liked playing with the leaves, sticks, and rocks. After we were finished Jared pulled the tractor and trailer over to load up. Daddy and Jacob took it over to the fire pit and Adam waved to them as they left. They came back with a big turtle in the trailer. Jacob had found it and said, “look dears a frog”. They boys both liked watching it. Jacob liked watching it go into the water as we let it go. After dinner we played in Jacob's bedroom with all the playskool cars and train. Then it was bathtime, story time and bedtime.

Max sure loves looking at the pictures of the turtle. He keeps going to the computer saying "I want to tee da turtle again."
