The boys woke up around 8am. After watching Curious George we ate breakfast. Then we got ready for the day. Jacob wanted me to leave his room so he could “surprise” me and make his bed by himself. We watched Clifford. The boys played with cars. Jacob built a “house”. He begged Adam to come into his house but Adam didn’t want to. I asked him if I could come in his house. We played with cars in there. Then we colored. Adam had more fun playing with the marker's and their caps rather that coloring. Jacob also had fun putting stickers on his paper. Adam wanted me to put a sticker on his shirt. Around 1:30 we went outside to collect eggs. It was windy (temp was low 30’s). Jacob asked to go back inside for “hot chocolate milk (hot choc)”. After hot chocolate and a snack we read some books. I tucked Adam in for a nap. Jacob and I read a couple more books. Then we played with cars and foam blocks. Jacob watched a tractor video while he rested. Adam woke up soon after 4pm. When Daddy drove in the driveway the boys ran to hide behind the rocker. I covered us up with a blanket. Adam called “Daddy” and peeked out at him as he came to find us. Daddy and the boys played with foam blocks. After dinner Jacob and Daddy played “Doctor”. Then Jared studied for his test until it was time for his class. I took the boys outside and we fed the animals. We found 4 more eggs. After feeding the animals we played “tag your it” in the barn. Jacob liked pushing a long stick around in the dirt saying it was his scrapper. I pushed Adam around on the tricycle. We went back inside at 7pm. I read some books to Jacob as Adam played on the tricycle. Adam was sitting backward's on Jacob's tricycle and pushing it with his feet. The boys then played in the bathtub until “pj time”. After their bath the boys ran around acting silly. Adam kept singing the Bob the builder song ("Bob BeBoo Be Be Be" or something like that) and dancing. I read a book and the bible to Adam and then tucked him in bed. As we sang song his requests were London Bridges, Row your Boat, and You Are My Sunshine. Jacob and I read some books and then cuddled in the rocking chair to sing some songs. Then we just cuddled and both fell asleep. After Jared’s class was done he came out and carried Jacob to his bed.
