Jacob wanted me to take a picture of the feather he found in the coop last night.
Adam hiding under his hat.
"Firefighter"
"Construction worker"
I started exercising around 6:30. The boys woke up at 8:30. Both of them wanted dry cheerios and toast for breakfast. Though neither one really ate many cheerios. I put in a slide show of Copper Harbor picture on the Wii Photo channel. The boys liked the music that played with the pictures. Jacob said, “Lets build a dance floor”. We put down the sleeping bag and danced to the music on it. Jacob lie down of the floor and said, “I know how to do the lay down dance. You wanna try it?” I did and then Adam lay down on his belly. Jacob tried to move his hip to show him how to do it. As we watched Clifford the boys played with their tools. After Clifford was done Adam turned off the tv. When I asked if they wanted to watch Sesame Street Jacob said, “No, we watched noff tv”. We had fun playing with the tools and fixing the dump truck. Adam had bad diarrhea several times this morning and then again a few times this evening. We got out the fire truck playhut and the boys had fun playing in it. Jacob asked me to pretend to be Grandma. He asked, “Where’s Grandpa?” and I said, “Grandpa’s at home.” Then Jacob said, “Maybe Grandpa’s at work.” Then he said, “Grandma, you wanna go hiking with me?” So we took a walk down the hallway and pretended to be hiking. Just before lunch I asked the boys to help put away their tools. Jacob picked them all up with a little help from Adam. I enjoy listening to Jacob try to encourage Adam to help pick up. Jacob then took the toolboxes and put them back where they go. When I told him how proud I was of him he said, “I want you to call Daddy”. The boys ate alphabet spagettios for lunch. Jacob said, “Lets sing our alphabet” so we sang that before eating. Adam fell on the floor in the kitchen and hit his head. Jacob quickly ran over to rub his head. He asked, "How does that feel?" Jacob has been so sweet with Adam lately. When Adam gets hurt he is right there trying to comfort him. When Jacob sees that he's had diarrhea he says, "Awh". We went outside to play. The weather was in the low 30’s, a little windy and sunny. Jacob found a branch and he had fun pretending it was his crane. We played in the fort. Jacob was serving purple slushies. Adam served me whatever food I requested. He’d make sounds as he handed me an item and then took my money. We slide down the slide. Then we had fun racing down the little snow hill by the barn. We saw a couple planes in the sky. As they flew over we waved and yelled "hi" Jacob wanted hot chocolate when we came back inside. Adam wanted milk. They snacked on animal crackers. Adam and I read some books and then I tucked him in for his nap. Then Jacob picked out some books for us to read. We also had fun kicking the bouncy ball back and forth to each other. Jacob rested in his bedroom while playing with his cash register. When I told Jacob he could be done resting he said, “No I don’t want to be all done, I’m gonna read some books to Truman”. He got comfy on the dog bed by Truman. I did some exercising. Jacob got out all the children’s encyclopedia books and enjoyed looking through them. Then we watched a Baby Einstein. Jared got home shortly after 5pm. Right away Jacob asked Daddy to play his Mario game. I went outside to take care of the animals. Adam woke up soon after I got back inside. After dinner the boys had fun playing in their dress-up clothes from Grandma. Jacob pretended he was a fireman. Our neighbor came over to buy several dozen eggs. As soon as she walked in the door both boys were quick to greet her. Jacob sure has changed in the last couple months. Before, when new people came over, he’d hide. Now tonight after she left he cried because she didn’t hear his several goodbyes. We got out the playdoh and had fun playing with it until pj time. Jacob made an airplane for me to play with. He also made a nest with eggs and a Mommy bird. He cracked open all the eggs and they became baby chicks. I think Adam was cooking. He put pieces of playdoh into the cup and then stir it. He likes me making balls and cubes for him. Daddy had fun flying his RC helicopter. At pj time Daddy forgot to unbutton Jacob’s shirt before pulling it over his head. Jacob said, “I don’t wanna wear that shirt again.” When I told him it just needed to be unbuttoned first he said, “I want you to take it off me next time.” Jacob put on the vest from Grandma and said he was a construction worker. Daddy and I pretended to be driving dump trucks and Jacob would fill our trucks up with dirt. The boys were tucked in bed by 9pm. Jared and I watched 24.

It's beginning to sound like old times. Wow...playing outside again. Today's report was a very good one. Thank you thank you.
Yes, if does sound like old, healthier times. Still, Mommy on the Wii sounds a bit like overdoing it, when she is going to be playing outside as hard as she does.
Do the boys bite the heads off the animal crackers first?
Adam on his tummy is my latest screen saver. Makes me smile everytime I see him.
I love that sparkle in the boy's eyes again. So happy they are better. Great pictures!!!
