Donuts!
This is how we found the last donut left in the box.
Car ride home. The boys took turns trying on Mommy's sunglasses.
Adam loved this dinosaur book. I read it to the boys several times. Adam said, "dino-see".
Out for a stretch at Dave's parents house.

Adam takes another fall into the mud (He fell into the mud before leaving Grandma and Grandpa's too).
We got stopped by a train. Here the boys are watching the train. We were right up close.
The boys in the "Russell position".
Our table has new placemats made by Grandma (Jared's modeling with his new sweatshirt on:)
Pillows made by Grandma from Uncle Dee's ties.
Adam didn't want to be in the picture. The boys were excited to hand them on their closet doors in their bedrooms.

Jared here again... I kicked kimmy off the computer as she's been on for the last 28 hours taking care of the 7 million pictures she's taken over the last few days with her new camera. Ok so maybe that's a slight exageration... 6.5million pictures. Mom bought us donuts for our traditional saturday morning... Jacob had a hard time deciding which one he wanted. But eventually settled on a chocolate covered one. Later on there was one left and Jacob was in the kitchen... I walked up to the donut box and saw that there were two little bites taken out of the last donut. Jacob had a silly grin on his face and he ended up polishing that last donut off as well. We packed up and said goodbye and hit the road around 10:30am or so. We were going to stop off in Huntington IN and see my old college roomate David and his parents house..he flew out with his wife and kids. We arrived and noticed the place looked a tad empty. His Dad was outside with David's older brother Greg and they came up and said that David didn't make it in on the plane. His flight was delayed in Indianapolis and they were at David's younger brothers house on the north side of Indy... RATS! I didnt have any phone numbers and just figured they'd make it out fine when we left Indy... they wouldn't be in Huntington till 7pm or so ... well I chatted with David on the phone and was bummed that we missed him. We decided to hit the road and head home to MI. It was a balmy 65 most of the drive home... crazy how hot it was. We even turned the AC on in the van on the drive home. We stopped in Birch Run MI at the outlet mall to spend a gift card... We had fun walking around the shops it was packed... Kimmy picked up some pj pants and I picked up a sweatshirt. Then we hit the road again for home. The boys enjoyed getting out and streching. Adam was acting really goofy and Jacob was wound up a bit as well at the outlet mall. Adam was in the stroller and was clapping his hands and lifting his hands up in the air and laughing... when Kimmy stopped pushing the stroller in the stores, Adam would sort of stand up and was able to put his feet on the ground and would walk the stroller away. It was really funny to watch...I was cracking up. Then as we were leaving the Columbia store Adam nailed his head on one of the wooden tables... I don't think it felt too good as he cried pretty hard. We loaded back up hand headed home. We made it home safe and sound. Lots of snow has melted and the back and front yards are flooded big time. Rained quite a bit of the drive home. It's about 50 outside... quite warm. Anyway, it was a great time spent in Indy! Interesting to have no snow and warm temps... able to walk outside in sock feet etc. Good time was had by all. Now it's time to watch some Lucy and Kimmy will post some pictures soon.

Love the pictures of the drive home, especially the sunglasses ones and the ones with their arms up behind their heads. Too cute. And Jared is doing a good job filling us in on all the details.
