It was a cold night and I went to bed very late last night. Jacob came down to our bedroom and crawled in our bed around 9am. We got out of bed at 9:30. Soon Adam was awake also. After the boys ate breakfast we went into town for drinks and donuts. We got home around 11pm. Jared mowed the lawn - the grass was really long! I worked on laundry. The boys watched Daddy as they stood on the couch. They waved and said, "hi Daddy". Jacob put some blocks under his dump trucks tires and said, "thats my camper". He used the stools and chairs to make a long train across the kitchen. Adam and I rode on his train behind him. Jacob had to get out to check the engine. He said it needed oil and he added it. Then he got off the train to clean it, using the broom to sweep off the seats. After lunch we went back to town. We needed groceries. On our drives Jacob's has many, many questions or statements. We got back home around 3pm. I lay Adam down for a nap. Jared finished mowing. Then, Jared and I picked and weeded the garden. Jacob picked a bean and said, "I'm gonna try this" as he licked like a sucker. He played with his tractor and wagon. He hooked the wagon to the tractor using bungie cords. Then he halled grass and a bunch of apples arpund with his wagon. After dinner we went to the fair. First we walked thru the barns with the sheep and cows. Then we saw the goats, ponies, ducks, turkey, and bunnies. The last barns were full of horses. All of us had fun seeing the animals. The boys loved pretending on the tractors. They also enjoyed giving some coins to the monkey. We walked thru the amusement park and then the merchant buildings. By the time we got home it was time to get ready for bed.
