His favorite blankets and a papertowel roll. I love this picture.
Breakfast cuties!
Cheeeese.
Yum yum cheerios.
"Ah-see" ride.
Riding rides at the fair. Buckle up:)
Running around with my new ball of yarn. The other part of it was tangled around the dump truck.
Evening snack time. Adam likes to sit at the table like Jacob. Jacob wanted their chairs close together.
Jacob woke up around 8:30 and Adam was up by 9am. Jacob was playing “post office” this morning. Adam asked to play with the horse riding stick. He calls it “ah-see (horsey)”. Jacob pretended things(my robe belt, scarf, or horse stick) were seat belts for our “fair” rides. We had fun riding on different rides. Jacob would ride a ride with me on the couch and then run to ride with Adam. Before leaving Adam he'd make sure to buckle him. The boys love when I took turns cradling them in my arms and singing “I bringing home my baby bumblebee”. I'd rub cheeks with them at the part “its so soft and cuddly”, then let my arms fall to the floor at the part “ouch it stung me”. Adam's laugh as he was falling to the floor was so funny. It was a loud sucking air in. I took turns doing this with them. Adam would begg for his turn saying, “bebe, bebe”. When I picked him up at his turn he’d hurry and lay back for me to cradle him in my arms. Adam’s upper right cuspid has come thru. Yesterday he turned 15 month – WOW, he’s growing up too fast! After lunch we went outside. First we let the chickens out of their coop and looked for eggs – found 2 eggs (Jared found one more later). Then Jacob helped me get water for them. They boys played on the tractors. I was a little nervous going into the roosters pen to get his waterer. He is big and roosters sure can be mean. Marty 1 and 2 were mean. Marty 3 was nice and Bart was nice. So far, this one’s been nice. We went over to play in the sand box. Jacob lay down and played with his tractor, scooping piles of sand. Adam pulled around the little wagon occasionally stopping to put a rock in it. He picked it up and put it on the deck. Then he walked around to the stairs, climbed up only to push the wagon off the deck. At 2:30 Adam lay down for his nap. I did some laundry. Jacob played with his trains. Then we got out the chalkboard. Jacob pretended to be a “fighterfighter” while playing with a long rope and his “fire”/dumptruck. Daddy came home around 5:30. Adam had just woke up and was cuddling with me in the rocking chair. Jacob hide under his blanket on the couch for Daddy to find. I finished my scarf this evening. After dinner we went outside on the deck. We saw the family of turkey's walking around the yard and then into the woods. Daddy did some turkey calls and both boys copied him. It was so cute. They both put their hands up to their mouths just like Daddy was doing and made their noises. We watched the turkey's climb a big tree in our woods and they are roosting for the night. It was chilly this evening (low 60's). I made some hot chocolate for Jacob and coffee for me. Adam was begging for some of Jacob's hot chocolate so I went back inside to make a little mug for him. Adam marched his feet with excitement as I gave him drinks. Jacob and I sat by the stool to drink our warm drinks. I was holding my coffee mug and Jacob said, "set your cup right there, dat makes a triangle". As I set my cup down he pointed out that our three cups made the shape of a triangle. It was shortly after 8pm when we came inside. The boys had a snack and then it was pj time. We read books together and then it was time to tuck them in bed.

Yes, Kimmy that picture of Adam with the blanket and the cardboard tube is precious.
And, yes, Kimmy, he IS growing up quickly. He kind of reminds me of Jacob in that way. And Andrew. And Nolan.
And, Kimmy, I am SO GLAD that you can cool off by getting wet at the splash park. I like all the ways that your boys have figured out to keep Mommy cool. Clever guys.
Very cute picture of Adam with his blankets and papertowel cardboard.
Such a precious expression on his face.
