Thursday: JARED'S HOME!!!!!!! Yeh!!!!!
Yesterday I went to take some checks to the bank that were sitting in Jared's wallet for quite a while. One of the checks had only one more day before the six months were up and we wouldn't be able to cash it. After going to the bank I decided to use the debit card and got some money out to use at the store. I found a nice baby monitor (I miss hearing Jacob talk in his room) for only $4 and a nice photo album for $2. I also got a few old navy/GAP outfits for the boys for only .79 each. Adam started to get fussy so it was time to leave. Then I realized I had left my debit card in the machine. So I headed back to the bank. As we walked into the bank Jacob held my had in the parking lot. Once we were on the sidewalk Jacob looked at me and said, "No hand please Mama". My little boy is growing up. As we waited, Jacob grabbed a magazine and looked at the pictures. Then he looked over at me and said, "Mama book please". He climbed down from his chair to get me a magazine too. On the drive home traffic was backed up due to construction and an accident. Jacob loved watching all the tractors working. It was about 30 minutes in the traffic jam. Jared got home around 9pm. Adam was fussy so I lay him in his crib with the mobile on. He was happy there and talked himself to sleep. He slept until 9am - 11 hours straight. I kept going in his room to check on him and he was sleeping so peaceful. In the picture of Adam he is biting his bottom lip - something he just started doing alot.

Oh-ho! You like listening to your son talk himself to sleep! Think what joy a simple recording of an evening talk session would bring to distant great-uncles (and others, even not-so-distant) if it were posted on your blog!
I think you can learn how to do things like that from Jason and Heather who do have videos on their blog . . .
Once again, Jacob shows himself as a little Doug. . .
The picture of day 4 at the icecream shop is a little Doug for sure. What is happening to the "Tooth"? The words just keep coming. What fun. Sort of surprising isn't it. Be careful what you say. You could do a tape recording and send that to Dee. This little two month old is a chatter box. I think he will work himself right up to Andrew who never is very quiet.
