Jacob asked me to take their picture.
Laying on their beds.
Sleepy boys.
Exercising.
More exercises.
Jacob woke up around 7:30am. I finished up my exercises while he ate his breakfast. We watched Curious George and Sid. On Sid they were discussing why we need to exercise. After it was over Jacob was excited to show me his new exercise moves. Adam woke up around 9am. He pointed at the paper sunflowers and said, "Deres fowers, right dere." Then he pointed at the pond to tell me the ducks were out there. Jacob said, “I hope them flowers (paper ones) don’t die.” Adam ate breakfast during Clifford. Jacob built a “huge fire” with several of his ride on vehicles. He was very proud of himself for sharing his walking stick and matchbox semi truck with Adam. Jacob got out the tools and said that he and Adam were fixing 4 leaky water pipes (in his bedroom closet). He asked me to leave the room while he and Adam worked on fixing my pipes. After a few minutes he walked out of the room saying, “Mommy we couldn't fix the pipes cause there were five!” We played for a while in Jacob’s room with puzzles and tools. The boys put their blankets over pillows on the kitchen floor and pretended they were their beds. As they lay there Adam said, “Night boys!" After lunch we went outside. We fed the ducks and then took a walk on the path thru our woods. Jacob would step off the path and ask us to come in his house. Then Adam kept walking off the path saying, “House right dere.” Adam grabbed a picker bush with his bare hand and then walked over to me saying, “Ouch.” I showed the boys what to watch for and then they were pointed out all the pickers we walked past.. Adam would say, “Dats pokey one!” We took a couple fun walks on the path. I sat in the grass at the top of the hill in our backyard. The boys enjoyed going up and down the hill. Jacob made a beeping sound as he backed up the hill. Adam spotted a gas truck on the road and said, “Dere a gas truck!” as he pointed at it. The boys slid down the hill on their butts. We went on the deck and the boys played while I did a 30-min run. We enjoyed watching the ducks. Adam kept pointing at them and saying, “Dem maward ducks.” We went back inside at snack time. The boys ate their snack while listening to me read. Daddy called around 2:30 to say he was coming home. Jacob grabbed the phone asking to talk to Daddy. He just wanted to chat. I lay Adam down for a nap. Soon after Jared got home we went outside to work on the fence. Jared worked on taking out old posts and putting in new ones. I took down and wrapped up the good wire. We also got some of that black rubber fence down. Jacob had fun playing in the field. Adam woke up around 5:30. After dinner we headed over to TSC in hopes of getting some pullet chicks. They didn't have any pullets in yet but we enjoyed walking around the store and seeing the other chicks. We got home around 8pm. Jacob got a new high five magazine in the mail and we had fun going thru that together.

No phone calls from the post office yet telling you to come get your chickens??
No, I called the company today and, due to some mistakes on their end, we won't be getting our chicks until probably Wed next week.
Hailey and Max were showing me all their excercise moves too after watching Sid that morning. I think Adam looks just like you in that last picture. Most of hte time I think he looks like Jared but occasionally I see you in him. Must be his expression. That picture of the boys laying on Truman is cute and the ones of them on their "beds".
