Jacob giving Max a flower.

Adam "jumping".

Here is a picture of my birthday gifts from Lela and Doug - They're beautiful, THANKS!

The boys were up around 8:30. I said, "Adam, where's Adam" as I stood in the hallway by his bedroom. Adam also called, "Adum". He has also learned how to call Max’s name (says “Mack”). After breakfast we watched Clifford. Then the boys drove around on their ride-on vehicles. They made a “train” with the dump truck, tractor and trailer. We sat on the couch and read “A Mother for Chocco” several times. After snack time the boys had fun on the slide and playing with the tunnel. Adam likes to walk around on his toes and always looks at me with a silly expression on his face when doing so. He likes when I ask, “Are you walking on your tippy-toes?” Max doesn’t like to wear his sock.. It was so cold in the house this morning so I put some on him. When I noticed his bare feet I looked around for his socks but couldn’t find them. I asked Max, “where are your socks?” I was worried that Truman may eat them. Jacob replied, “I set them on the desk so the dogs don’t eat them, Max left them in the hallway and I put them on the desk”. I gave him a hug and told him thank you. After lunch we went outside. Max noticed the rooster who was crowing in his coop and walked over to look at him. We let the hens out and collected their eggs. Jacob picked Max a flower. We took a drive down to the mailbox. I got my gift in the mail. THANK YOU! When we got back the boys played in the sand with their tractors. Max cried when we had to go inside at snack time. Jacob gave him a hug and said, “Its ok Max, were gonna have a snack. He stopped crying quickly. Adam waited as I put their snack in bowls. I told him, “Its snack time”, to which he replied, “nacktime!” After they ate their snacks we sat on the couch and I read to the boys. Adam and Max took naps. Jacob lye down on the couch and watch his bulldozer video. He also fell asleep. Adam only slept for about an hour. He and I cuddled for a while. Then we played by the couch with the cars. Jacob woke up around 5pm and Max was awake soon after that. After dinner we went outside to take a walk down our road. It was around 7pm and getting dark. The boys loved running down the road together. When we got back we tried to start the big brush pile on fire. The fire would look like it was going to take off and then it would die down. After an all day rain yesterday we just couldn’t get it started. It was around 8pm when we came back inside. The boys had a snack and a little playtime. At 8:30 we got them into their pj’s, they brushed their teeth and then we sat down to read. I took Max and Adam into the bedroom to tuck them in. I sat on the floor and cuddled with each of them as we sang some songs. Then we prayed and I tucked them in. Daddy was reading Jacob his bible when I came out. He had asked Daddy to read about Moses and then he wanted to read about the Giant (Goliath). Then I read to him and tucked him in bed.

Kimmy, you are so welcome. Happy Birthday again even if it is a few days late. Just a little taste of Copper Harbor and Dennis. I surfed the net yesterday while at church and found lots of beautiful picture of Copper Harbor and the area. I hope we can go sometime for the color. I love the pictures of Jacob and Adam taken with a year in between. Adam looks like a little boy thinking about funny things. Jacob looks like the big brother.

The mugs from Jared's parents are beautiful. I can imagine how happy you are adding to your collection. I know how I love you getting me some each trip. The picture of the boys playing together by the deck is so cute. Great to have the cousins close. Love you all!!!
