Jacob was drinking his milk during breakfast this morning and said, "look Mommy, milk makes me strong, ewe wanna tee?" I looked out the back window to see Sammy (our horse) was loose. He was happy eating grass so I finished feeding Adam his breakfast. While I went outside to put him back, I put Adam in his crib. I turned on the fan in his bedroom and he got excited and pointed at it with a huge smile. Jacob stood on the porch and watched me. Sammy wasn't wearing a halter so I grabbed his mane behind his ears and he walked beside me to the pasture. Jacob wanted to smell the flowers that have bloomed by the house. They are a really pretty little yellow flower but I'm not sure what they are called. Around 11am we headed to my sister Vikki's house. I stopped to pick up Jared's wallet on the way there. When we got there I fed the boys lunch. We got to watch some episodes of Jon and Kate plus Eight. Its a reality show about a couple who first had a set of twins and then sextuplets. The sextuplets are a little older than Jacob and its fun to watch. Jacob and Adam had fun playing with the toys. Adam especially liked Monica and Izzy (Vikki's dogs). We left around 2:30 to go pick Kenzie up from school. When we got back we went for a walk. It was a beautiful, sunny day. Kenzie rode her bike. Monica got away from us and ran out into a very busy three lane road. When Vikki called her back she stopped in the middle of the road but did come back. The cars saw her and slowed down. When we got back we sat outside. Jacob and Kenzie had popsickles. We sure had a fun day there. I left around 4pm and headed over to meet Jared at Mom's house. I lay Adam down for a nap and Jacob played with the remote control car that Uncle Rody had given him. Mom offered to watch the boys while we went to the dealership. Jared and I test drove the van again and really liked it. We worked out a deal and should be able to pick it up tomorrow. Its a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with around 19,500 miles on it. Had dinner at Mom's house tonight. Adam really likes when Papa chases him. Jacob fell asleep on the drive home. We took Adam with us to take care of the animals. He loves seeing the horses up close and waved at the chickens.

I love John and Kate...What a family! What vehicle did you trade in. What color is the new car. 19,000 miles in two years. Must have been driven by a little old lady.

I didn't have my camera with me yesterday. The pictures were off of my sisters cell phone. The van is a greenish color they call magnesium. We traded in both the 97 Saturn and the 97 Dodge.

You have NO truck. Wow...I hope that's not a problem.

Pretty picture of Kenzie.

No truck shouldn't be a problem - we've only put I think about 2000 miles on it in the past few years. We have a trailer and could use my dad's truck or larger trailer if needed.
