This morning Max woke up aroun 8am - I brought him into our bedroom and he was was really excited to sit on the bed with Truman. Jacob came walking down the hall around 8:15 and Hailey soon followed. Adam woke up around 9am after getting up at 5:30 to nurse. First I dressed them and got them their breakfast. They all ate cheerios. Then I took them to the bathroom to brush their teeth and hair. I asked Hailey how she wanted me to do her hair and she told me she wanted four braids. I braided her hair and then she wanted me to take a picture and show her. Hailey wanted to play ring-around-the-rosy so we did that a few time. Then I showed them how to play duck duck goose. They kids just loved this. Of course when someone was goosed everyone got up and ran around. Mom called to say Mel’s surgery went well. Hailey asked if I’d take a picture of her and Max with Truman to put on the blog. The neighbor was tilling his field so I set up the chairs by the window so the kids could watch. Then I took them to the bedroom so they could dance. We lay all their blankets on the floor to make a dance floor. They danced so cute together. While Max was napping I let Jacob and Hailey play in a bubble bath. I nursed Adam in there while they had fun rubbing bubbles on each other. Adam fell asleep, so I lay him in his crib. Mel called to say Bruce was coming over to take Hailey to a doctor appt. While we waited for him I took them out to play on the swing set. They went down the slide many times. Jacob would call behind Hailey saying, “wait me, wait me”. Hailey asked if we could go over and see the sheep. Maude was upset because all the goats were loose and she was too fat to fit under the fence. After Hailey left it was time for Jacob to take a nap. He fell asleep for his nap just as Max woke up. Max was happy playing with the cars and watching the tractor out the window. A little later Adam woke up. I nursed him and Max brought Adam's blanket over saying, “here, here”. I told him thank you and he walked away saying “tant chew”. Soon Jacob came running out of his bedroom with a big smile. The boys played really well together. Jared picked Hailey up from Mom’s after he got out of work. He played my Dad in ping pong(Jared had 4 wins and my Dad had 5). This evening we decided to take the kids to ‘Grandma’s Pumpkin Patch’. As Jared was getting Jacob’s shoes on he noticed Jacob had a bloody nose. Jared cleaned him up and then we were ready to go. The kids were so excited to go see the pumpkin’s, but they were closed when we got there. We thought they stayed open later than this. We decided to take the kids to the mall so they could play and then we walked around Target. All the kids went to bed great again tonight. Max is sleeping in Adams room and Hailey in Jacob’s.
