Jacob woke up shortly after 8am and Adam was awake by 8:30. Vikki arrived at 8:45. She brought a couple tractors and a garbage truck for the boys to play with and take on the camping trip. Jared had called just before Vikki arrived to say he was heading home but had to stop and pick up a part for the Geo on the way home. It took him awhile to get home because the auto shops didn’t have the part he needed. I was worrying about him because he didn’t get home until 10:30. Vikki suggested he try getting the part from the junkyard down the road. He quickly went there and came back with the part. I took care of the animals while Jared worked on the car. I drove Vikki’s car with her and the boys. We followed Jared’s map to the campground and got there shortly after 12pm. We took a drive through the campground and then back to my parents site. By that time Jared was there. We tried to put Adam’s bike seat on Jared’s bike but it wouldn’t fit so we put it onto Mom’s bike. Mom, Jared, Kenzie, the boys and I went for a bike ride. After that we went to the pool. Jared and I took the boys to play in the kids pool. Neither one of them liked it at first but soon got used to it. They had tons of fun. Kenzie, Vikki and Nana went for a swim in the big pool. We stayed there a little over an hour until Jacob asked to go play at the beach. At the beach the boys had fun playing in the sand and running through the water. They liked picking up handfuls of wet sand and throwing it into the water. Dad arrived this evening. Grandpa asked him to take him to the nearby casino. After dinner Dad, Grandpa, and Jared went to the casino. Mom, the boys, and I took a bike ride. Adam fell asleep during our bike ride. We played “tonk” (a card game) inside the dining fly. I started raining pretty hard and blowing in on us so we went inside the camper. Dad, Grandpa, and Jared played “tonk”. Mom, Kenzie, Jacob, and I visited and watched the video of their week before we came here. Jacob told Grandpa, “I get a leep with you”. He and Grandpa shared a bed together.
