I'll catch you
Woops

Jacob trying to show Adam how to use the remote.

The boys woke up around 9am. They were excited to see the slide and played on it for almost an hour. Jacob got a container out of the cupboard and said he was making pie. I asked him what kind of pie he was making and he said, “green pie, like my tractor”. Then he said, “I making green tractor pie, you wanna try some dat”. We watched some videos of Copper Harbor. Adam would walk up to Truman on TV, point at him, and say, “I (hi) Daw-dee”. Jacob said he wanted to go to Copper Harbor when Daddy comes home from work. I got the house dusted and vacuumed. Jacob played at the counter with the dominos and his cars. Adam likes playing with the vacuum cord. He pulled it unplugged a couple times while I was vacuuming. Adam napped for 3 hrs. Jacob played with his cash register. We went outside let the chickens out. There were some puddles in the driveway from the rain we had just gotten. Jacob like walking through the big puddle with his bare feet. We came inside and I did some sewing. Jacob likes to sit on my lap or stand and watch me sew. He helped me pull some pins out of the fabric. I gave him some fabric and his scissors to use. He enjoyed cutting up the fabric. When Adam woke up we got out the remote cars to play with. Adam would push the button sometimes, other times he’d just pull or push it the truck. We played hide and seek. Adam loved hiding behind my robe in our closet. When we come find him his little feet were marching with excitement. Jacob put on Daddy vest and said, “dis my struction worker coat, Daddy get home, he say, dat look cool”. Jacob wanted me to wear my vest so we could be “struction” workers together. We played that for a while and Adam pretended to drive right along with us. When Jared came home from work I opened the door to greet him and Adam went running outside, climbed down the steps and walked barefooted in the rocks saying, “I (hi) Daddy”. Daddy had groceries in his hands but managed to pick up a begging little boy. I grabbed some groceries from him and we went inside to find Jacob who was hiding. Jacob showed Daddy how he likes to push the slide around on the carpet, he pretends its his lawn mower. After dinner we went to the mall. We went to Barnes and Noble so the boys could play on the train table. Then we took them to play in the middle of the mall. Before leaving we walked through Target. By the time we got home it was 9:30. I gave the boys a quick bath before getting them ready for bed.

Super slide, Kimmy. Great find and another what must have been a great clean up job. One person's trash is another ones treasure. Great fun finding the cheap stuff. Not long for Copper Harbor. Looking forward to playing with the neighbors.

We are looking forward to our trip North:) I'm so excited!
Sorry Eric, when I went to check on Kate I could smell her stink before opening the door. She smells awful. We picked up some things and she'll get a bath today.

Such fun the boys have with their mommy and daddy. Great memories. I love the imaginations. Great find with the slide. That brings back memories of you girls when you were little.
