Adam smiling for the camera

Jacob asked me to take these next three pictures - then he said, "let me see the pictures".

Jacob came into our bedroom at 8:30. Adam woke up soon after that. I changed him and then he ran down to our bedroom calling, "Daddy, Daddy". This morning as I went to pray for breakfast, Adam quickly held his hands out to Jacob. He loves when Jacob helps him fold his hands as we pray. Jacob says to me, "scoot me closer, then I can help Adam". We went to Tim Horton's first for my cappuccino and then stopped at Dunken Donuts for a muffin and some donuts. Jacob went into Dunken Donuts with Daddy. He was excited to find out he'd been locked out of the van when they came back. He did the cutest little dance to get me to unlock the doors. We went to Salvation army. Jacob noticed a Mustang in the parking lot and wanted to walk over by that first. Then we stopped at Goodwill. Jacob and Daddy made a quick trip into TSC to get a new chain for the chainsaw. After lunch Daddy and Jacob built a large tent with the chairs, stools and some blankets. Jacob showed me his tent and pointed to different areas saying, "thats my camper, thats my tent, and thats my dining fly". Jacob spread out his blanket in the tent and played with his cars under there. At 2:30 Adam lay down for a nap. Jared, Jacob, and I went outside. We worked on cutting down bushes/trees in our front yard along the road. Jared cut them down with the chainsaw and I pulled them out and put them in piles. A lot of them had pickers/thorns which made them difficult to handle. Jacob had fun playing with some thin boards that we taped together so they worked like scissors. He'd say, "this is my cutter thing" as he walked around pretending to cut things. We worked outside for about 3 hrs. Adam woke up and came outside with us. He and Jacob had fun running around in the goat paddock. It was dinnertime when we went back inside. The boys had fun bouncing on Daddy's leg which were propped up on the exercise ball. Jacob got his little ball and asked Daddy to do some ball exercises with him. Jacob lay on the floor by Daddy. He held the ball over his head and then pass it to his knees. Adam ran around with his ball and liked when I chased him trying to knock the ball out of his hands. He was laughing so hard that Jacob came over and wanted me to do it with him. This evening I went outside to brush Sammy and Nutmeg. Sammy had so many burrs in his mane, forelock and tail. Poor horse, there were so many I though I was going to have to shave him. I combed them all out and it wasn't as hard thought it was going to be. I had brought the scissors out but didn't even need to use them. The boys stood on the chair by the window to watch me. They yelled "hi Mommy". I came in and gave the boys their bath while Jared went outside to shoot an opossum. This dump opossum walked into the trap that had no bait in it.
