Adam was really cuddly this morning so I held him while we watched Curious George and Clifford. In the morning Adam eats oatmeal w/ fruit and I put cheerios on his tray. He puts the cheerios in his mouth so fast I hardly have time to get him his oatmeal. Jacob likes to help him drink his water by holding his sippy cup. I got out Jacob's barn that we keep put away because of small parts. That kept him well entertained for most of the day. He lined them up in the living room and was excited to show me each one. I got the kids in the car and took a drive down the road to check the mail. I wanted to see if their stockings from Grandma had arrived - they had! When we got home I showed Jacob his and set Adam's down to take a couple pictures of Jacob. He was so excited and especially liked that it had a racecar on it. Then he turned around and saw Adam's stocking that I had set on the stool. He got really excited and shouted, "I GOT TWO, I GOT TWO" as he jumped around in a circle. Adam also liked his - he loved to feel the sequin and beads - he cried when I took it away. Thanks for the stockings Lela - they are so nice. Not only do the boys love them - so do I.

Cute pics. Love the one of Adam (the 1st one). And love the one of Jacob sitting by the tree. The stockings are very cute. Your mother in law is sooooo talented. Love ya, and thanks for being there for me lately through all the Dr stuff. You are the best.

Kimmy...you are so welcomed to have the stockings. I don't know who had more fun, the maker of them or you and Jacob and Adam receiving. Probably close to a tie. It gives me time to think about you all when I'm working on something for you. That's a very happy thinking time. The mind goes back to the origional two stockings for the two big boys. What a treat. Adam's second stocking is also waiting for him here in Indiana. We had fresh snow last night. It is so pretty! Rain this afternoon. UCK!

Vikki and Melissa. Your talents are used in raising children. That's a huge job that requires all the talent in the world. So...thanks for the complement but tell yourselves "I did a good job today with my family." That takes real talent.

The stockings and picture are adorable. How meaningful that grandma made them for her grandsons. Such a treasure and wonderful memory that will last forever. Very nice job Lela!
