Adam woke up at 5:30 and Jared woke up and said the alarm hadn't gone off and he hurried to get ready. While he was getting ready he realized the alarm doesn't usually go off until 6am. He took the boys and I took the boys and I to Mom's before heading to work. Kenzie was getting ready for school when we got there. She took a couple pictures of the boys in their pjs. After they left I gave the boys their breakfast and then got them dressed. Turned on Curious George for Jacob to watch. By the time Mom got back from taking Kenzie to school and my Grandpa to the store Adam was ready for a nap. Got Jacob in snowpants and his coat and we went outside to help Mom stack wood. Jacob and I went down the sled a couple time but then he was done - he wanted to play in his sand which was frozen. He brought the sled over to the wood pile and helped put logs on the sled while we filled up the wheelbarrel. He tried to pull it with lots of logs on it but said it was too heavy so he took some off. He was such a good helper. He'd pull it over to the wood stack with some help when needed and there he'd helped us stack it. I gave him rides back in the wheelbarrel - which he loved. We went inside and ate some lunch. Mel brough her kids over before they left for a Dr appt and to do some shopping. Jacob was so excited when they walked in the door. He ran over and greeting them at the door, jumping excitedly as he said hi. The kids had lots of fun playing together. Mom and I watched a video from earlier this year. Max came and cuddled on my lap. Adam was playing on the floor and Max would stop and rub his head. Jacob and Max took naps and I left with Adam to pick up Kenzie. We stopped to walk around Menards on the way. After picking Kenzie up we stopped to get Grandpa's mail and paper - someone had already gotten it. Mel and Bruce got back shortly after we did. We had a nice visit. Jared helped Kenzie on her science project. After they were done Jared went outside to help Dad with the wood. Kenzie, Jacob and I started on the cookies. Mom got out Kenzie's tunnel and Jacob was so excited. He, Kenzie, and Jared too had lots of fun with it. Jacob is asking today to go over to Nana's to play with it.
