This morning Jacob called to me from his bedroom saying, "I wet Mama, I wet". He had wet through his pullup. I took off his wet clothes and let him warm up in our bed on the heated mattress. After a while Adam woke up and started talking. Jacob said, "Go get Adam, Adam lay in bed". I brought him to lay in the bed with us. During breakfast Jacob looked at me and said, "guess what, me go tee Grandpa, tee lions". I think he wants to sit and watch TV with Grandpa again. He pushed his bowl of cheerios over to me and said, "mash this down Mama". Adam threw his cup and Jacob climbed down to get it for him. He climbed back up in his chair and said, "me toe nice Mama". Then Jacob asked, "me color Mama, scissors too, glue too". After he colored on his paper he held it up to show me and said, "it pretty Mama". He pointed at his picture and said, "me get dressed". He loves to cut with his scissors and has gotten good at it. I still love how his mouth moves as he is cutting. He cuts pieces of paper and then glues them on another sheet. I was feeding Adam his breakfast and looked over to see Jacob putting the stick glue on his lips like chap stick. He got out of his seat to get Adam's cup again and fell getting back into his chair. He laughed and said, "Ough, I punny". Adam has figured out how to move forward but it is not in the crawl position. He kinda rolls from one side to another while pushing with his knees and arms. He still loves his piggy bank and has figured out how to open and close it. Today Jacob played with a pretend frog he named ribet. He wraped it in his blanket, cleaned up its poop, and laughed as he tried to catch it when it hopped away from him. He put him to sleep on the stool, then came over to me and said, "pollow me, be quiet, pog go night night". It was a warm day (in the fifty's) and rainy. While the boys were napping I did laundry and also got to take a short nap. Adam woke up and we cuddled on the couch for awhile. Then I set him in his chair and gave him a grahm cracker to munch on. When Jared came home I went outside to take care of the animals. I cleaned Nutmeg's stall and brought in some corn. Jacob woke up and wanted to cuddle with me in the chair. After dinner I got out his tool set and he had fun with that. He ran excitedly down to the bathroom to look in the mirror. There was a thunderstorm this evening and we turned out the lights in the couch so we could sit and watch the sky light up.

Kimmy...thank you for the details. I think a pretend trip to see Grandpa is right in order. And...Grandma can give him soom POP. That is diet ofcourse. Hummm...a new use for the glue stick. Wonder if it works? Adam needs a crawling lesson from his grandma. Makes for exciting times for his parents.

Jacob looks like a real tool man.
He's so cute and looks so big.
I love the way he says things so cute. Did his lips stick together when the glue stick was applied. Just wondering. If it works, I might know someone I could use it on. Just teasing of course.
Cute how Jacob wants to go see his grandpa and watch the lions. That must have meant alot to him to sit on grandpas lap like that. Way to go Grandpa Russell.
