Jared woke Kenzie up this morning. She said he pretended to be a earthquake and shook her until she sat up. She wanted waffles for breakfast and wanted me to put peanut butter on them. I made a wallet for Kenzie with my sewing machine and was just finishing with it when Jacob woke up. Adam woke up soon after and Jacob ran in to see him. Right away he ran back out to get me saying, "Mommy, come help Adam". Adam woke up with a cold and had a very runny nose. I made Adam some banana's and added some oatmeal for breakfast. Jacob asked if he could try a bite so I made him his own little bowl. He wanted to stand on his stool at the counter and eat it. Jacob set his firetruck on the chair next to him and put the ladder in front of him pretending it was a gate. He said to me, "Mommy, put Adam on me lap". Then he wanted me to close the gate. Jacob liked holding him and Adam smiled so big as he looked back at Jacob holding him. Several times today Jacob wanted to hold Adam on his lap. He'd hold him for about a minute or two and then want me to take him. While the boys were napping I made four pot holders and a wallet for myself. Both boys woke up just before Daddy got home from work. Jacob play the piano and wanted Daddy to drum on the wall as he played. They both had fun splashing around in the tub before pj time and when Jacob was done he ran out to the living room with his towel on his head. He usually run right Daddy but passed by him and ran to warm up by the fire. After Jacob and Adam were tucked in bed Jared and I had a bowl of ice cream and sat together on the couch and watched some tv. Later I went in to check on Jacob thinking he would be asleep, but he was awake and had a kleenex tore apart in tiny pieces all over his bed.
