Jacob's tent.
The bib Jacob picked out for Adam to wear.
Jacob saying, "I like dis, I like dis, I like dis" as he pointed to the tractors.
The plate and cup don't go on the placmat.
Looking at me for the picture.
Jacob walks behind me and I get this smile.
Jacob went down to our bedroom to lay with Truman - I joined him and we watched the pictures scroll through on the computer.
Very cold day! It was 0 degrees outside when we woke up this morning - burr. We left for church around 9:15. Jacob was excited to go back to his class. When we picked him up he was helping clean up. He didn't want to leave until he had helped the ladies put away everything. He showed us the picture he had colored. This week is the first time his picture was colored. Usually he is to distracted by all the toys to color. Had pizza for lunch. We had forgotten to get the mail yesterday so we got that. Jacob was excited to get a package from Grandma. He loves his placemat and wanted to pick out which bib Adam was going to wear. I enjoyed the french vanilla coffee - thanks for the pods Lela and thank you for all the wonderfuls things you make for the boys. I love the material you picked out for the bibs and the placemat. While the boys were napping I tried to make some girly bibs for my niece Hailey. I don't know how many times I made the same mistakes over and over. Jacob hurt his tooth on Daddy's head. His gums are swollen and were bleading. He was happy to suck on a popsicle. He has to eat things very carefully. Had a fun evening relaxing at home and playing with the boys.
Here's how the bib's turned out - still have to put snaps on them.

I love the bibs. Cute material.
I'll have to come over and make some bibs with you sometime. It would be fun to do together. They sure would make great shower gifts too. Since I started using these, I don't even like the storebought ones anymore. These are my favorite bibs. I just love them.
Cute bibs and placemats from Grandma R. She always makes such beautiful stuff. You did a super job on your first bibs, Kimmy. They are beautiful too. I love Adam's smile. I also love the picture of Jacob with his snoopy blanket. I had to do a double take as it is so much like the one you had when you were little. Love ya!
Good for you Kimmy. I'm impressed with the bibs. The crazy thing about the snaps is the cost of the tool that puts the snaps on. I've had three of them in my sewing life, buying the latest one this winter. The little rubber rings dry out and become unusable and I can find no replacements. Buying a new tool is the solution. I guess 3 tools in 40 years is not to bad, come to think of it. I'm happy to hear about Jacob and his placemat. I had so much fun with that material. Only a sewer would understand completely.
