This is what Truman looked like before we got in bed last night.

Good morning Adam.

Jacob hiding in the closet.

Adam found the dog dishes.

Jacob painting with water.

A train out of stools.

Jacob is taking Adam's picture.

Jacob came and crawled in bed with me at 8:30. He smiled and said, "I wear Light queen, Mater". Then he said, "dere me pear-it Mommy". I said, "Oh, there my favorite too". To which he replied, "Mommy get tome, Daddy come home, Daddy go tore, get it". We got up and then he and Truman ran up and down the hallway. He'd hang onto Truman's collar as they ran and say, "running down hallway, me running down hallway". While we were watching Sesame Street this morning Adam decided to do some exploring. He crawled into the entrance room and discovered the dog dishes. He especially liked the one with a little water in it. He'd splash in the dish and then clap his wet hands right in front of his face. When I went to get Jacob dressed for the day he said, "no take dese off - please Mommy" pointing to his pants. Adam played with mega blocks while Jacob played with his cars. Then Jacob came and played with the blocks too. Got Jacob a paint brush and some water and let him paint his stool on the counter. As he painted he said, "Daddy come home, Daddy tee dat". He calls the paintbrush a toothbrush. When he was done he said, "It gotta dry". After lunch I blew bubbles in the kitchen for the boys - both of them loved that. Then Jacob made a train out of the stools and Adam and I sat behind Jacob as he drove the train. He really thought it was fun when I had his shake and go Mater go under his legs - he laughed and wanted to make it go under my legs. Adam woke up from his nap very cuddely and I rocked him. Jared went outside to plow the driveway but wasn't able to get the tractor started. Jacob woke up from his nap wet and needing to be changed. He wanted to take his clothes right to the wash. Daddy rocked both boys. Went out to fazolies for dinner. We all had fun. Then we walked around the mall. I took Jacob through several campers they had there. He wanted to climb on the beds and look out the window at Daddy and Adam. The boys sat on the riding things they have there. They had fun playing on them even without putting in the quarters. Jacob and Adam sat together in the helicopter. Then we took them to play on the toys in the middle of the mall. Lastly we walked through Target. Got home around 9:30. It is 10:15pm, the boys are in bed and Jared and I are going to watch a movie.

What fun I'm having looking at all the pictures this morning. The three dog dish pictures are priceless. Adam is turning into the best entertainer. Then I enlarged one of the pictures...Jacob has a McQueen t shirt to go with his bottoms! That was hard to believe but I should have known. That's the best. I think this will be his number one outfit. How are the batteries on the shaking car. I miss playing with that "favorite" toy and I miss playing with the little guys. We've got to make a trip NORTH after Mexico. Any good dates for you? Love you all and thanks for the fun morning of blogging.

Yes, the pictures are wonderful. Adam is such a terrific smiler -- he really picks me up!

But, the best bit is the fun they had on the riding toys -- WITHOUT PUTTING IN THE QUARTERS!! This shows me that you are letting these guys use their good imaginations!!! Hooray!!! (I will not share with you how important imagination is for developing higher level thinking skills or for reading well. Keep on doing what you are doing.)
