Adam woke up to nurse around 6am and then both boys woke up around 9am. Adam always gets cheerios on his tray with his breakfast. Now he likes to take one cheerio at a time and drop them on the floor. Today he was handing some right to Truman. After breakfast Jacob drew on his aqua doodle. He likes to color inside the letters around the edge. Adam crawled around playing with his toys. Watched Sesame Street. Jacob likes to look at books even without pictures. Lately he likes to bring the book he’s looking over to me and turn the pages pointing to the number at the bottom of the page. When I tell him what number it is he takes a closer look and says, “uh huh, right”. While I folded laundry in our bedroom Jacob played and on the side of our bed. He set up the pillows from our bed and made himself a bed. Adam played with Truman and Kate. He kept trying to reach Kate who was under the bed. I got out the blocks for them to play with. Several times today Jacob has sung the alphabet song all the way through by himself with no mistakes. He also showed me how he counts to twenty. Later today he asked me if he could type on the computer - he put one of our pillows on his chair for him to set on. When I told him I liked his pillow seat he smiled and said, “Ewe wanna tit on me pillow seat, ewe wanna tit here Mommy”. He got down so I could try out his seat. I turned on some Raffi music to listen too. Jared got home from work late, after 7pm. When its time for bed the last few nights Jacob has been shaking his head no and saying, “no time to go night night” in a really sad voice. Both boys went to sleep really quickly.

I love what Jacob says about the numbers on the pages. That's cute what he said about the pillow seat too.
