Jared was up a lot during the night last night. He still wasn't feeling well this morning so he decided to stay home from work. Adam woke up during the night. He was crying so I went in his room to check on him and found he had a very messy diaper. I heard Jacob from his bedroom say, "Adam its ok, no cry Adam". I lay Adam back in his crib and he slept until 5:30am. He didn't puke after I nursed him this morning. Jacob woke up at 7:30 and came into our bed. Adam woke up at 9am. I made Jared a gaideraide slushy this morning. Jacob munched on a few cheerios but didn't want breakfast. I fed Adam his breakfast but he puked it all up as soon as he was done. While the boys were napping today I went to take a couple packages to the post office. The roads were bad due to the weather. Adam was awake when I got back. He played with his toys and hung out with Daddy while I went outside to take care of the animals. When I got inside I made a coffee and enjoyed watching Adam play. He's so much fun to watch. He'll play with something for a long time and then crawl to something else. His favorite seems to be Jacob's pet Dr kit. He likes to stick things in the doors. Another thing he likes is the blocks especially the round ones which he rolls across the kitchen floor. Jacob slept for 3 hrs. Got the playdoh out this evening. I made him a pool and some round people. I put on the the people in the pool and he said, "uh oh, gotta get dem out, gotta take of dear clothes". Jared was able to hold down some chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight. Truman had a lot of drool hanging from his mouth when he was staring at some food. Jared and I were talking and Jacob came over with his blanket and said, "I wiped off TruTru's drool with me blankey". I noticed the drool was gone. Adam had a huge messy diaper this evening. It was up his back and down his legs. He had fun in the bath tub tonight. I nursed him, read to him, and lay him in his crib. After Jacob's bath he wanted to cuddle under the blankets with Daddy.

The beat goes on. Wash your hands, Kimmy. Use soap. Wash your hands. It's not good when mother gets sick. Wooo...Way to many sick grandchildren. Rosie Jordan had this flu. Jennifer asked her mother if she could bring her something. Rosie said...BRING ME A GUN! Sewing, sewing. What fun. Janet Wanner's stole if finished. I have a day at home. Yahoo. That's until we go to Panera's. And...I'll probably go to the fabric store. Last Sunday our hospitality room was so full with talking people we could hardly walk around. What fun. That was until Sunday School Then people drift on out or at least some of them do.
Jacob looks a LOT better in the pictures today.
Follow your mother-in-law's advice, Kimmy. She is so right -- it is not good when mother gets sick.
I hope Jared gets to feeling better soon.
It was rare that I ever saw my Mom sick - she must have washed her hands a lot. Great advise. Jared is better than yesterday. He is just very weak today. Jacob was looking better yesterday but last night he was up a lot with diarrhea and puking - poor little guy. Adam puked early this morning but since then both boys have been doing good.
They do look alot better now in the pictures. Boy, they sure did have it for a long time. Hailey, Bruce, and I all had it, but we only were puking for one day. We all felt weak too the next day and today we are all feeling alot better. Max never did get sick which is funny cause he's the one who drank after Jacob. Now we all wish we had a sip of that juice. It must have given him some sort of immunity or something. :)
Yup...went to the fabric store today. Some great linen,(probably fake) was on sale half price. I've got a white stole idea just waiting to pop out of my fingers and brain. I added a yellow bear story to the blog of at least two days ago. JB may have forgotten it but I never will. I would suggest flu shots for everyone (JB) next year just in case the serum covers the correct flu bug. They are saying that those folks who received the shot and have the flu probably will have a lighter case of it this year. Remember...PEOPLE DIE FROM THE FLU!That's particularily true if you use a GUN! Wash your hands Kimmy.
I'm back...JB...I told Mary K and Beth to check the blog for pictures of Yellow Bear. I think they will be surprised that yellow bear still exists. Well, he does not live near the grandmother in the family that throws out blankets! Lucky for Yellow Bear.
