Ok, this is how it really goes.

I lay down in bed last night with a terrible headache. I was very sick and puking until 3am when I finally fell asleep. Jared was up also with a bad cold that was bothering his ears. After Jared left for work Adam woke up to nurse. I nursed him in bed next to me and when he was done the poor little guy puked all over me and the bed. The corn burner was all clogged up this morning. I turned it off and waited for it to cool down before I tried to clean it out. It was really hard to clean out. I had to call Jared for some tips. I got it and around 11:00 the house was heating up again. It had gotten down to 63 degrees. While I was cleaning it Jacob kept asking me, “ewe wanna play me Mommy, ewe wanna play me”. The boys and I snuggled under a blanket on the chair. Then Adam got down on the floor to play – he took his gear pieces and placed them on the foot of the stool. Got out the blocks to play with. Jacob liked making roads and a bed with a baby out of the blocks. He’d cover the baby up with his blanket. Then he wrapped some blocks up in his blanket and got so excited every time I opened it. He always says, “look Mommy, Nana Papa, rip rip rip”. Adam had fun putting the blocks back in the bucket. I got out a bug book and Jacob and I sat on the couch and looked at insects. He’d say, “Dat one bites me”. Both boys took long naps. Jacob came walking out of his bedroom after Jared had just gotten home from work. He showed Daddy the bug book that he wanted me to read to him. After we went through the bug book I went outside to take care of the animals. When I came in Adam was sitting on Daddy’s lap. I got dinner ready for me and the boys and made Jared some chicken noodle soup. This evening I got out the paints and some stickers for Jacob to decorate his paper with. I painted him a pictures and the Daddy came out to paint. Adam was really cuddly. He gave me some really big hugs. Then he’d look at me and make some really load noises. All of us took him in to his crib to tuck him in. He always seems so happy to be tucked in for bed. Jacob cuddled on the couch with Mommy and Daddy and we watched American Idol. Right now I have a really bad headache and my eyes hurt – I’m ready for bed.
