It was a hot day in Copper Harbor today. T-shirt weather for us this morning. We took a walk over to pebble beach to let Truman go for a swim. Jacob and I sat under the shade in the rocks. Jacob likes to play with rocks. We walked over to the park store to get some ice cream cones but they aren't selling them this year. It was time for Jacob's am nap so we headed back to camp. When he got up we decided to take a drive out to see the monks. Got some jam and a couple snacks. Then we walked up to Jacob Creek Falls. We took Jacob down to let him walk in the stream on the other side of the road. He walked back anf forth excitedly. The water was cold and refreshing. On our way back we stopped at the Great Sand Bay. Jared and Truman went swimming. Jacob stayed near the shore and walked up and down the shore. He was very excited. He was bending over he was laughing so hard. Daddy took him out further in the water while Truman stayed with me. We played in the sand and built castles with the bucket. Jacob chased a butterfle in the sand. Jared realized he had our car keys and remote in his swimming trunks. He set them to dry in the sun and we were suprised that the remote actually worked. On our way back to camp we picked up Grandma who was walking back from town. After dinner and Jacob's nap we went out from our evening ice cream. Grandma and Grandpa took Jacob over to play on the ice cream truck. He loved it and had lots of fun.
