This morning Jacob had a bath first thing. He is not feeling well this morning. Wouldn't eat breakfast. He was content sitting on Mommy's lap while I read his books to him. He loves books. If I tried to set him down he would cry and want back up. I felt so bad for him. He was running a fever of 102. We decided to stay home from church today due to Jacob being sick. We took Jacob outside for a bit and he sat on his big wheel from Aunt Vikki. He'd laugh when Jared would put a rock on the front wheel and he'd brush it off. Then he would get off the bike and walk over to the grass, turn around and then sit back on the bike. He'd do this over and over. He then walked over to the apple tree and reached out for an apple. I went over to help him pick off and apple. Then he took the apple right over to the chickens and dropped it over the fence. He took several apples to them. Jared worked on changing the roters and break pads on the 97 Saturn. The break pads were worn down to metal. I sat on a bucked with Jacob and we watched Daddy work. At one point he kneeled in chicken poop and I took his shoe in to clean it off, gross. Jacob ate a P&J sandwich and yogurt for lunch. Daddy read him his Dr. Seuss book. Then I lay him down for a nap. Jared mowed the lawn and I sat in the play fort and read a book called G.I. Joe and Lillie. My Dad gave it to us to read and its very good. We had to go to meijer for a few groceries and then went back home. We made chicken and rice dinner. Jacob ate very little for dinner. He is still very cranky and running a fever of 101.4. Jared, Jacob and I lay on the dog bed for a little bit watching I Love Lucy. I took Jacob to brush his teeth. Then we got his blankey and went to the chair to read some books. I cuddled with him for awhile and then took him to his crib. We prayed and then he soon fell asleep.
