Today when I picked Jacob up from Melissa's he was sitting on the floor with Hailey eating a snack on a tray. He saw me and pushed the tray aside and came over to me for a hug. On the way home from work Jared called me and told me that my Dad had finished moving the play fort for Jacob by himself. All we have left to get is the bottom platform and part of the roof. Above are some pictures of it before we took it apart. We are going to be making a few changes to it. I can't wait to get it set up. Jared, Jacob and I are going to have so much fun. Jared also told me he was going over to our neighbor John's house to pick up a trailer with 121 bales of hay. We are going to unload it tonight. It will be the first time we aren't doing it in 90 degree weather. It is a nice, cool evening tonight. Outside we discussed where to put the playfort/swingset. Jacob wanted to go in his swimming pool so I let him sit in it. He loves to splash around in it.

The Jared Files: Jared here, also today Jacob recieved his first, if my foggy memory is correct, puffy bloody lip. In one of the pictures above it's quite noticable. He was walking across the living room and happened to trip and bumped his face on the floor. He started to cry so I scooped him up and took him to the kitchen, aka medical facility, and set him on the counter and reached for a wet paper towel. Luck would have it one of his tractors was there and upon holding it he seemed to forget about his bleeding and switched to smiling. It didn't bleed much but looks quite impressive.
