NEW CAR DAY!!!

This morning we went for our last drive to town in our 2002 Saturn. We got our muffin, donut, OJ (Jared had given up his pop addiction), and cappicino. I took a sip of my cappicino and it was just plain coffee - yuck. I am not a fan of plain coffee. As Jared would say, "Ya want a little coffee with your cream". I went inside and they got me the right drink. We went to the Farmers market and looked around the circle at the different fruits, veggies, and flowers. Then we walked over to let Jacob play in the sprinkeler system for kids. There were some other kids playing too. He had so much fun. Was running all over the place laughing. He would play with the shoots of water coming out swooshing his hands in it and then look up at Mommy and Daddy giggeling. He saw a little girl drinking the water and he bent over to try it too. Got his face all wet several time and had us laughing so hard. Stopped at the bank and after we left there we saw a dog running around with a chain dragging behind him. Jared parked and tried to get him but he took off. After that we still had some time til we had to be at the car dealership so we went to the mall to let Jacob play at their play place. There was another little boy about his age there and they took turns sliding off the play bed. Now it was time to go pick up our new Poniac Vibe. Jared drove it half way home then I drove the rest of the way. What a nice drive. Jacob fell asleep on the trip home. I move him into his crib and then went outside to work on cleaning the 97 Saturn and the truck. After Jacob's nap we went to town to get some apples for the pie I'm making. Took the truck cause we saw a nice kids pool on the side of the road for trash. We picked it up and when we got home we filled it and checked it for cracks or leaks. None found. Jacob went swimming and truman went in too. Jacob saw Truman drinking the water so he bend over, stuck his hands on the bottom of the pool and tried to drink like the dog. Got his face all wet and then tried it again. Very funny. Now we were off again to go pick up and Amish man who is going to trim our horses hooves. He did my boss Joni's horses and the ones in the barn across the street. Jacob was asleep by the time we got there to pick him up. He had done 19 horse and now he is going to do our 3. He was a very nice man and did an excellant job trimming our horses hooves. Our previous farrier charges $30 for the horses and $70 for the draft horse. This man charges $15 for the horses and $25 for the draft. Much better deal even if we have to drive a ways to pick him there and back. He asked if we would stop and let him get an ice cream cone on the way back to his place. We though that sounded like a good idea. I shared mine with Jacob. Jacob likes the light above us in the truck. He get so excited when Jared turns it off and on. He points and says "ight". When we got home we made devil's eggs and an apple pie for a get-together at my Moms tomorrow.
