Grandma and Grandpa R left yesterday morning for home. For breakfast Jacob begged Grandpa out of some of his pop tart then he ate his bowl of cheerios. We went to walk around the mall and let Jacob play there. Around 2:30 I lay Jacob down for a nap. He didn't fall asleep til 3:30. I called my mom to see how she was doing. She said their basement was flooded and had 1 1/2 inches of water all over. They were pulling up the carpet and cleaning up the water. We got Jacob out of bed and headed over there to help. We brought chicken to grill up and potatoes. Vikki, Kenzie, and Rody also came over and my Grandpa was there. Jared grilled bbq chicken and I fryed up some potatoes and made some corn. It was beautiful outside and we had a really nice time. Melissa and her family got there just as we were about to leave. We decided to stay a little longer. They gave Jacob a Mr. Potatoe Head for his b-day. He took his had and walked him out on the deck.
