When Jared and I went in Jacob's room this morning he sat up really quick. He smiled really big but it looked like it was hard for him to get his eyes to stay open. He lay back down and smiled. After breakfast he was running around the house saying "Da Da" over and over. He chatted the whole way to Mel's house. After a very, very, very busy day at work I stopped at the bank and then headed over to Mel's. Aunt Missy was holding Jacob (and Max too) in the rocking chair when I got there. Jacob went to grab Hailey's chip and Hailey said "No No Jacob, you can't have chips". She was right - no doritos for Jacob yet. I called and talked to Mom and Grandma on my drive home. My Grandma is coming home from rehab tomorrow. She told me that Taylor (her dog) was doing much better today. He hasn't been feeling good for a few days and was straining to urinate yesterday. He has had bladder stones before so I told her to keep and eye on him and if his belly became tender she should take him into the ER. I was so glad to hear he was better today. Jared was mowing the lawn when we got home. He had the back yard done and said he had to mow it twice cause it was so long. Had spagetti for dinner which Jacob really liked. He has learned how to climb up and down on his rocking chair and he does this often. Daddy taught him how to kick his soccer ball and he was kicking around the room. Of course when we would get out the video camera he'd stop. He found out his dump truck is not only to push around but it makes a nice truck to ride on too. As I was bringing up pictures on the computer he'd run down the hall to give me a hug. Jared got his pj's on and I tucked him in bed. He gave me a nice kiss and big hug goodnight. We listened to him talk for a little bit and then he fell asleep.
